Management team members:

Lyle Dunbar - Chief Executive Officer & Chairman
Mr. Dunbar serves as CEO and Chairman of Utility Composite Solutions International, Inc. (UCSI) and is responsible for overall financial management of the company. He is also the general partner of Composite Technology Investors, LLC, which owns and operates companies engaged in composite structure products engineering development and manufacturing, including UCSI. He is an engineer with BS and MS from Iowa State University and over 40 years experience in the start-up and operational management of R&D and manufacturing companies. He has been an officer, director and senior manager in companies including Science Applications International Inc., SPARTA, Inc., DR Technologies, Inc., and Ion Optics, Inc. In addition, he has founded and served as CEO/President of several composite products companies including Vanguard Composites Group, V System Composites, Vector Composites, and Action Sports Composites.

Dennis Rediker – Chief Operating Officer & Director
Mr. Rediker serves as COO of Utility Composite Solutions International, Inc. (UCSI) and is responsible for overall operational matters and strategy of the company. He is also a partner of Composite Technology Investors, LLC, which owns and operates companies engaged in composite structure products engineering development and manufacturing, including UCSI. Dennis Rediker brings significant executive management and board experience over the past 40 years to UCSI. During his four-year tenure as vice president of Mead Data Central (now Lexis-Nexis), he drove revenue growth from $40 million to nearly $300 million. As Director of Mead’s corporate strategy, he led the mergers and acquisition activity including the sale of non-core businesses and the acquisition of a $230-million company for Lexis. As President of Mead’s Worldwide Coated Board Division, he completed the $650-million expansion project that allowed the division to enter the worldwide folding-carton business resulting in a 200-percent operating-profit increase for the division. Innovative marketing strategies were implemented to gain share with a new product in mature global markets. His involvement in transformational products and dynamic business growth will drive UCSI’s operations and product commercialization efforts both domestically and internationally.

Scott Holmes – Senior Vice President & General Manager
Mr. Holmes serves as Vice President & General Manager of Utility Composite Solutions International, Inc. (UCSI) and is responsible for daily operations management. He is the chief developer of the UCSI Intelli-pole™ product. Mr. Holmes has over 20 years of advanced composite structures expertise, with significant leadership experience in operations, engineering and business development. Previously, Mr. Holmes served as Vice President of Engineering & East Coast Operations for V System Composites, where he helped drive the company from a development shop to a production entity with a full-service engineering staff serving the composites industry. Prior to that he managed key technology improvement and cost reduction management efforts at The Boeing Company. Mr. Holmes holds six patents in composite technology and has received numerous awards and honors for his contributions to the composites industry. He has co-authored more than thirty technical publications in composites. Mr. Holmes holds both Bachelor and Master Degrees both in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, and has received business/management training from Penn State University and the Dale Carnegie Institute. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Society for Advancement of Materials and Process Engineering, the American Composite Manufacturer’s Association (serves as Vice Chair of the Composite Utility Structures Working Group), and Biltmore Who’s Who. Mr. Holmes is key to UCSI’s technical leadership, ensuring continuous improvement of UCSI’s Intelli-pole™ product line. He is also leading the commercialization of the Intelli-pole™ into new green energy applications such as wind and solar, as well as non-traditional military and homeland security applications.

Walt Losch – Vice President, Engineering
Mr. Losch serves as Vice President Engineeringof Utility Composite Solutions International, Inc. (UCSI) and is responsible for leading the technical product support and sales efforts. Mr. Losch’s career spans 35 years in engineering, management, business development and governmental affairs. His expertise covers a range of commercial markets and manufacturing environments, but the cornerstone of his experience is with the utility industry. Mr. Losch began his career working with utilities through United Engineers and Constructors and then Bechtel Power Corp. He was also an Engineering Manager for Bell Engineering Corp. Mr. Losch was Senior Vice President of Engineering of ORFI Systems Inc., Director of Engineering Services for Xybernaut Corp., and Director of the Engineering and Information Technology Division for Sage Technologies, Ltd. Mr. Losch has also served as liaison with Senate and Congressional offices on Defense Appropriations Programs and as the Pennsylvania SMART Committee Secretary. Additionally, Mr. Losch served as a representative on the U.S DOE Region 111 Energy Technology Committee. Mr. Losch has a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of the Pa. Society of Professional Engineers.

Bob Guilliams Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Mr. Guilliams serves as Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Utility Composite Solutions International, Inc. (UCSI) and is responsible for developing and managing a worldwide network of distributors, sales agents, and consulting engineers to bring UCSI’s Intelli-pole™ to Electric Utilities and Telecommunications Companies.  Mr. Guilliams has over 40 years of engineering experience in diverse fields ranging from typesetting, CAD/CAM systems, electron-beam lithography, CAT scanners, Hospital Information Systems, Computer Field Service, and Avionics Design and Manufacturing.  Prior to joining UCSI, Mr. Guilliams was employed by Creative Pultrusions as a Technical Sales Manager.  Mr. Guilliams co-authored a paper and presentation for the EDM International Conference on Overhead Lines and the ASCE Conference on Substation and Transmission Structures, on the selection and use of FRP poles in Hawaii.  Mr. Guilliams is a member of the American Composites Manufacturing Association’s (ACMA) Utility & Communication Structures Working Group, and is a member of IEEE.
